Ventura is based at Pampisford which is located immediately south of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. It was formed in 1999 as a new trading division of the Dixon International Group Ltd. which has been manufacturing specialist products for the construction industry since the early 1960s.

Ventura joins other divisions in the Group including Sealmaster, SK Bearings and Intumescent Seals.
